Course Overview

Agile project management is radically different from traditional project management as Agile values and principles are different from traditional methodologies.  Rather than plan, instruct and direct, the Agile project manager facilitates, coaches and leads.  Scrum increases the emphasis on assessing and driving business value through close collaboration with the delivery team.

This comprehensive workshop prepares Product Owners, Project Managers, ScrumMasters, Team Members and Chickens for the realities of working on a project where daily stand-ups, burn downs, relative estimation, user stories and much more are the cornerstone of everyday life.  Participants will collaborate on a series of iterative exercises that represent many of the challenges teams face on a real Agile project.  Agile Bees also offers convenient weekend workshops for those who want to fine tune their skills without taking time away from the office.  We guarantee you will leave our weekend workshop with what you need to hit the ground running on Monday!
